Deciding to have a pet is a huge responsibility, as is deciding on having a child. This animal will depend on you all its life. It will give, give, give. It will ask nothing but to be loved and cared for. Like opening a child’s bank account, I did so for my animals, every month I put what I could afford into that account. Call it a rainy day fund.
