The news tonight: I’m on my way to San Francisco. The phone rang, “Hello, Harry, get packed, the President is restricting European travel. It doesn’t include UK immediately, but concern is growing that it might.

My heart sinks. A President casually let’s travel bans drop into the conversation.

Does anyone else think the President is becoming an erratic idiot?

I’m saddened by the experience of watching the leader of the free world bumble through a script, showing no emotion, no intonation of the severity of this pandemic.

Hour by hour I am watching the sanity of a world leader sink into oblivion, or a Trumpsphere.

Oh boy!
