He works until he has emptied the entire storage area. There is nothing left. He slowly walks around the perimeter of the room. He starts at the light switch to the left. There is the pole where they hang the skirts and then he comes to the shelves. He pictures the spot where he has found the chafing pan on the floor. He stoops down. Nothing. His eyes follow across the floor to the back of the room. Directly across from where he found the pan there is an HVAC intake access. It is approximately 2 ft by 3 ft. A metal grate is securing the opening.
