I've resisted showing Jenny any of your story, Denée, because it is right up her reading street. I'm saving till it's complete. I know she will enjoy.

Nachos, ugh!

As a little girl, Jenny thought her mom looked like a movie star. She had long, flowing, blonde hair and wore silk nightgowns to bed, always effortlessly glamorous. she loved watching her get ready before leaving the house. Even though she didn’t need a stitch of makeup, she would take her time and meticulously apply the concealer and foundation, layer after layer, crafting the face she hid behind every day.

Jenny would sit on a small ottoman adjacent to mom's vanity—her own mini version, hand me down makeup included—copying every step to looking beautiful.

A swipe of blush on her cheeks brought out the pigment in her skin, whereas she tell me, she came out looking like a clown. Today I don't believe that for a moment. Girls and moms! 🌺❤️
