Make Love To Me
A poem about ageing in love, in life, in eternity
If love is music, then let me write music. If love is a prayer, then let me pray.
But if love is love, then just make love to me until death with your heart and with your body. I beg that you make love to me until the last day of our days, even more tender and stronger; as long as we can love, we will be lovers in eternity.
If love wanted to make a child, that chance slipped us by. If love were like war, then I would be a mercenary. I would go to battle like a soldier. But if love is love, then only make love to me.
Medium Team: Please let me know if you are concerned about me tagging my followers.
I set aside two hours daily to read as many friends as possible. This might appear to be block claps or responses, but it is not so. I do it within an allotted time, that’s all.
Thank you.
