I have a very old record (lovingly preserved with no scratches) from Old Mystic Seaport, Connecticut — Songs of Yankee Whaling — on which Bill Bonyun and his chorus sing to the accompaniment of only one guitar. I was nostalgically grateful to hear that it sounds just the same as I remembered! I can even sing along with it!
