To How Many Writers Can You Respond To In A Day?
And still, get in enough time to write your stories?
If you’re anything like me, you have this need to want to respond to every post. When does this become impossible or demand too much of your time?
I began to think about this when looking at the stats for my stories. I was still receiving claps, but responses had dropped off considerably. Why?
My work didn’t deserve a response.
I wasn’t responding to other stories.
There are so many (drabbles, for example:) that it takes too much time.
I hope this isn’t my observation alone.
There’s a guilt involved in not responding to writers who have paid me that compliment. Should one only respond to those who have responded?
A great many writers are trying to make several bucks, and getting responses to stories is a factor in their earnings.
What do you do? How do you set about making decisions on who to read and whether to clap and respond? How much time do you give to doing any of these things?
Is a response giving a 👍 ?
Have at it, kids, tell me what we need to do to help each other earn a few more cents without taking away too much creative time.
BOTHER ME! 😂
(No offense will be taken if you dislike being tagged for various reasons. Please let me know, and I’ll be sure it doesn’t happen on my posts again. If, on the other hand, you’d grace me by allowing a tag, I’d be thrilled to add you.)
